All our media items are sent by Business Post meaning they can take between 3-7 business days to arrive with you.

Electronic items are slightly different. Our Electronic items come with FREE Standard Delivery; a fully tracked service which we advise will be with you in 3-5 working days.

To give you more flexibility you can also select Express Delivery for just £1.49 extra. These orders are sent by the Royal Mail 24 fully tracked service, meaning your item will arrive on the next working day providing you have completed your purchase by 2pm the day before.**

** This is the expected timeframe for delivery once Royal Mail receive the item(s) from us.

We guarantee that all ‘Replay’ products on the musicMagpie Store will be in perfect playing condition when dispatched to you.

If you receive a product which does not meet this guarantee, please contact us and we will either refund you or provide you with a replacement product, stock dependent.

That all depends on what you want to buy! We sell both ‘New’ and ‘Replay’ copies of our CDs, DVDs, Blu Rays and Games, depending on what we have in stock at the time. Our ‘Replay’ items are completely refurbished and are covered by our full money back guarantee.

The Electronics that we sell have all been refurbished by our team of experts. Some items have different conditions and this is explained on the product information page.

You also have the opportunity to Pre-Order items before the release date. These of course will be in a ‘New’ condition.

Unfortunately, we do not sell ‘Replay’ Vinyl on the Store and these are purchased as ‘New’ only.
