Sequel to 'Basket Case'. Duane Bradley (Kevin Van Hentenryck) and his deformed Siamese twin, Belial, survive a near-fatal fall. They find a safe home with kindly spinster Granny Ruth (Annie Ross) - who is surrogate mother to a variety of mutants - and her beautiful granddaughter.
