Flat Out

When top motorcyclist Shawn Powell has a major accident which ends his career and renders him paralysed from the chest down, he is determined not to give up the hope of riding again. He draws up plans for some safety wheels similar to those used on toy motorbikes, and when his wife and mechanic both refuse to help, he turns to his oddball neighbour for help. The pair soon become firm friends and, when their work on the motorbike is done, Powell starts dreaming of competing in top-level racing competitions again.
