Ready, Steady, Cook: The Game

In Ready, Steady, Cook: The Game, a player starts by choosing a kitchen: red tomato or green pepper and a Chef to play along with. The player then selects from Budget and Classic Bags to Bistro and Gourmet Bags as play progresses.

The player cooks against the clock while following the Chef's instructions. Pick ingredients, mixing, breaking eggs, cutting, frying, opening cans, serving up to the plate.

After the time is up, the audience will judge who the winner is with the stage light system. The audience's vote will be influenced by the number of tasks completed and the difficulty of the ingredients involved. If the dish is good the player will win and new ingredients will be unlocked in the supermarket and the recipe will be written into the cookery book. You'll find that each cooking session lasts around four minutes, so it's handy for players looking for short bursts of gameplay.

As well as digging in to the single-player mode, you will be able to challenge friends in multiplayer mode, with three levels of difficulty.

The game doesn't stop at fun, either. You'll find your very own Cook Book with all the recipes found in the game - that's 60 delicious recipes to learn and master in your own kitchen!
