The Toolbox Murders

Low-budget 1970's US horror. Psychotic Vance Kingsley (Cameron Mitchell) owns an apartment building, where he punishes sinful women by murdering them with a variety of household tools. After a time this culling ceases to satisfy Vance and, in an attempt to replace his deceased daughter, he kidnaps a teenage girl named Laurie (Pamelyn Ferdin), but her brother Joey (Nicholas Beauvy) and Detective Mark Jamison (Tim Donnelly) are catching up to his crimes...
