Dexter Fletcher writes and directs this drama set in London's East End. Charlie Creed-Miles stars as Wild Bill Hayward, a former drug dealer who returns to his old stomping ground after an eight-year spell in prison. Determined to make a new start in Scotland, Bill must first work out what to do about his two underage sons, 15-year-old Dean (Will Poulter) and 11-year-old Jimmy (Sammy Williams), who have been fending for themselves since their mother ran off and abandoned them while Bill was inside. Dean, having taken responsibility for himself and his brother in Bill's absence, is less than happy about his father's return, but when the social services become involved the three are forced to live together until the authorities are satisfied that the boys do not need to be put into care. So begins an uneasy alliance as the three set out to create a semblance of functioning family life.
