Our Warranty

We offer a 12 month warranty with all our Tech items which begins on the date you receive your item.


What is covered?

Your warranty covers technical defects and faults caused by reason of improper workmanship or materials.


What is not covered?

If you have damaged your item accidentally or your item has become damaged due to neglect or abuse, it won’t be covered by your warranty. Your warranty does not cover fading, discoloration or damage to screens, fascias and surrounds. If your item has been damaged in any way by exposure to liquid, it won’t be covered by your warranty. Your warranty will be void if you have installed unauthorised third party software on the device or have used software of this nature to unlock your device. This includes any components which have been replaced since the item was originally dispatched from us to you. If there is evidence that the item has been opened up for any reason and that this may have affected the integrity of the structure, you warranty will also be void. musicMagpie is not responsible, in any way, for any costs occurred when unlocking a phone supplied that is locked to a network.


What do you do?

Simply get in touch with us at contactus@musicmagpie.co.uk and we will provide you with direct instructions on your next steps. In order to make this process a speedy one, please include your Order Number in the email. We will provide you with a free postage label which is recorded and insured. Please make sure that your item is packaged securely as we cannot accept any liability for any damages caused by insecure packaging.


What will we do?

When we receive your item it will be inspected and the issue will be diagnosed. If the problem isn't covered by the warranty, or if the warranty has been voided (for example if the item has been accidentally damaged) we will return the item to you free of charge.

If the problem is covered by the warranty, our technicians will attempt to fix the issue and return your item to a fully working condition. If we are unable to fix the issue, we will supply a replacement item of the same description. Your fixed or replacement item will be sent back to you within 2-3 working days of receiving the damaged item and will be sent by our chosen courier provider.
