George Miller directs this comedy sequel starring Magda Szubanski, James Cromwell and featuring the voice of Elizabeth Daily. When Arthur Hoggett (Cromwell) has an accident, he is unable to run his farm effectively and faces bankruptcy. The only solution is to cash in on the fame of his shepherding pig Babe (Daily), and the animal is duly dispatched to open a state fair. Mrs. Hoggett (Szubanski) and Babe find accommodation in the city at the only hotel which will allow animals inside but it is not long before Hoggett and many of Babe's animal friends are in serious trouble and it falls to Babe to find a way to help them and save the farm.
