When Kibosh, the ghost ruler, banishes Casper and his uncles - Fatso, Stinkie, and Stretch - to Kriss, Massachusetts, it seems that they must stay there until the kindly Casper learns to scare people properly. As this does not look likely, the uncles come up with a plan: they will hire Spooky, Casper's look-a-like cousin, to do Casper's scaring for him.
