Casper's Haunted Christmas/Annabelle's Wish

A children's animated feature double bill. 'Casper's Haunted Christmas' sees Kibosh, the ghost ruler, banishing Casper and his uncles - Fatso, Stinkie, and Stretch - to Kriss, Massachusetts, and it seems that they must stay there until the kindly Casper learns to scare people properly. As this does not look likely, the uncles come up with a plan: they will hire Spooky, Casper's look-a-like cousin, to do Casper's scaring for him. 'Annabelle's Wish' tells the story of a young calf called Annabelle whose one wish is to fly like one of Santa Claus' reindeer. She is befriended by Billy, a young boy who cannot talk, and together with their farmyard chums they set out to make Annabelle's wish come true - seeing off Billy's wicked Aunt and the local bullies along the way.
