Features include ten Pilates routines - There are five pre-set routines and five that players can customize. There are also customizable workouts available once players become familiar with all 10 core-strengthening exercise routines move up to Intermediate and Advanced routines.

Players can also track fitness results - they will be able to monitor their score and exercise results in five-day increments. Throughout it all you'll get health and fitness tips - Daisy Fuentes' useful exercise and healthy diet tips keep players motivated.
