A celebration of the rescue efforts conducted by the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI). Through the use of helmet and in-boat cameras the series is able to bring to life actual rescues conducted by the RNLI. Staffed completely by volunteers, the men and women of the RNLI risk their lives to try and save others whenever a 'Mayday' call arrives from out at sea.
