Sanders (Lou Diamond Phillips) and Kelly (Kristy Swanson) are recently divorced but have to work together on a project looking into a new source of energy. However, the location of this new energy is a Louisiana river and mangled remains are being left on its banks. Nobody knows who or what is responsible.
