High school teen comedy. Mary (Jena Malone) and Hilary (Mandy Moore) are the queen bees at the American Eagle Christian School. However, when Mary's boyfriend has doubts about his sexuality, Mary sacrifices her virginity in order to keep him on the straight and narrow. It's too late, though, and when Mary becomes pregnant, she is shunned by her Christian classmates and befriended by the school's outcasts.
