Dark Forest

Josh Stewart writes, directs and stars in this documentary-style thriller. Hoping to start their own hunting TV show, Jake and Stevie (Stewart and Ronnie Gene Blevins) travel deep into a forest in West Virginia to film the pilot for 'The Tree Hugger' and catch an impressive buck. In their search of glory, and the buck named 'Movie Star', the pair find themselves being hunted by mysterious supernatural forces lurking in the forest.
