Horror film very loosely based on Mary Shelley's classic novel. Tiffany Shepis stars as Elizabeth, a young scientific researcher who joins an underground research group working to develop a life-giving serum based on stem cell research. But events spiral horrifically out of control when Elizabeth stumbles upon the formula for a serum that can bring the dead back to life... with terrifying results.
